All of our care plans include the essentials to keep your website running smoothly, regular updates, daily backups, security monitoring, and monthly reporting.
From there, plans scale up to include support time, faster response, and additional services like WooCommerce support, SEO improvements, and strategy guidance.
What is “support time” and how does it work?
Support time is used for routine website updates and tasks, such as:
- Updating text or images
- Adding blog posts or events
- Creating simple pages with provided content
- Adjusting menus or layout elements
- Basic troubleshooting
Time is tracked in 15-minute increments and resets each month (unused time does not roll over).
What is NOT included in support time?
Support time does not cover larger or more complex work, including:
- Designing or building new pages
- Custom development or coding
- Setting up new plugins or integrations
- Writing content (unless part of an SEO plan)
- Advanced WooCommerce customization
- Managing third-party platforms (email, CRM, etc.)
These types of requests are handled as separate mini-projects.

Do I really need a care plan?

What happens if I don’t use my support time?
Support time resets each month and does not roll over.
Most clients find that having time available allows them to make updates more consistently instead of letting changes pile up.
Can I request work outside my plan?
Yes. If something falls outside your included support time, we’ll scope it as a separate project and provide a quote before moving forward.
Do you offer one-time support without a plan?

Do you support WooCommerce websites?
Ye! WooCommerce support is included in Gold and Platinum plans.
This includes product updates, troubleshooting, and general store maintenance. More advanced customization or functionality changes may be scoped separately.
Do you provide SEO or marketing services?
Yes! we offer SEO, Google Ads, social media management, and email marketing as separate services.
Platinum plans include some SEO-focused improvements, but ongoing marketing strategy and campaigns are handled through dedicated service plans.
Can you help grow my website traffic and leads?
Absolutely! But that falls outside of basic maintenance.
If your goal is growth, we typically recommend pairing a care plan with:

What happens if breaks on my website?
If an issue is caused by updates or maintenance, we’ll address it as part of your plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can move between plans as your needs change. Many clients start with Silver and upgrade as their business grows.
Is there a contract?
Our care plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime.
How do payments work?
Care plan payments are made in advance.
They can be paid monthly or yearly via credit card or quarterly, every 6 months, or yearly via check or ACH.
All invoices are emailed.
How do I get started?
