Part-time Project Management & Client Support

At Johnny Flash Productions (https://www.johnnyflash.com) we love building business websites that deliver amazing results! We help small businesses, churches and organizations (with 5-50 employees) looking to reinvent and formulate their online presence with a website that is on-trend with design, well-coded and flexible enough to grow with them. We work with our clients to build an online marketing strategy that includes a well-built website, cohesive brand, digital marketing and other resources for online growth. It’s important for us to create ongoing personal relationships with our clients and facilitate that role as a dedicated webmaster and digital consultant.

We are currently looking to hire a part-time project/account manager to support our projects and monthly website care clients whose websites and marketing we manage on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate has a keen attention to detail, customer service qualities, and basic technical skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Daily management of support tickets, communication with clients and assignment of tickets to developer/team for tasks.
  • Quality assurance testing of completed tasks and projects.
  • Contacting client’s web host when needed for emergencies.
  • Daily Management of website build projects, facilitating communication between client, team members and management.
  • Sending assignments to graphic designers, following up and uploading graphics to WordPress when received.
  • Sending assignments to developers, following up and testing build tasks.
  • Having weekly status update calls with clients during the length of the project (usually 8-10 weeks) to present content to clients, get feedback, and let them know what we need from them.
  • Managing project timetables and key players on deliverables.
  • On-boarding new monthly clients.

Required:

  • English fluency
  • Knowledge of the WordPress CMS platform
  • Comfortable making screen recording for US clients
  • Comfortable getting on Zoom or phone calls with clients
  • Comfortable speaking to website support technicians
  • 5+ years website project management experience either as a freelancer or in an agency
  • Your own computer (less than 3 years old)

Preferred but not required:

  • Ability to edit in Figma, WordPress, or Beaver Builder
  • Good understanding of site builder programs
  • Experience with Teamwork, or Process.st
  • Experience with MailChimp, Constant Contact, Drip, etc.

Schedule:

  • Dedicated 2-3 hours a day / 10-15 hours a week
  • Daily morning check in and 2 hour work window, anywhere from 8am - noon ET
  • Daily check in afternoon for support tickets and “next-day” assignments
  • Other check-ins or client calls as available
