1. Create Social Media Graphics
From quote cards to text overlays and watermarks, you can brand your images. Upload images to your account and customize as you see fit. Canva provides a large array of free font options to fit your needs. You can easily create promotional content with premade templates for events, promotions, news, and so much more.
In addition to flat graphics, you have the option to animate them using Canva Pro. They can drop down, slide across, or even fade in and out of the frame. It can help add an extra level of interest and engagement to your image. Simply select your animation style from the drop-down menu when you go to download your image.
2. Resize Media
Figuring out how to correctly size an image can be frustrating. Canva has an entire library of sizes for you to choose from. Whether you’re making a small social media graphic or a large poster, is’s really easy to create the right size graphics:
- Simply upload the graphic or image
- Drag it over to the design
- Crop as needed using the Resize option.

Need to create a multi-page document such as a workbook, brochure or pamphlet?. All of these options are available on the platform. It is as simple as creating the graphics mentioned above. You can create a custom size design if needed, or choose the template that works best for you. Just type in the type of document you’re looking to create into the search bar. You’ll find download, email, and print options in the drop down menu to meet all of your needs.
You can also create a range of business documents including resumes, presentations, and invoices.
