We at Johnny Flash Productions have been building web experiences since 2000 and in that time we have gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge.

We crafted this FAQ page to answer many of the frequently asked questions we were asked along the way.

What happens if breaks on my website?

If an issue is caused by updates or maintenance, we’ll address it as part of your plan.

If the issue is related to something outside of maintenance (like custom code, third-party tools, or hosting problems), we’ll diagnose it and let you know the best next steps.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can move between plans as your needs change. Many clients start with Silver and upgrade as their business grows.

Is there a contract?

Our care plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime.

How do payments work?

Care plan payments are made in advance. 

They can be paid monthly or yearly via credit card or quarterly, every 6 months, or yearly via check or ACH

All invoices are emailed.

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple, just choose the plan that best fits your needs, and we’ll take care of onboarding and setup.
