Brown Bag is a fast casual restaurant chain with 8 stores in the Washington D.C. metro area. They promote healthy eating with tasty soups, salads, sandwiches, and noodle dishes. Open for Breakfast and Lunch, their small footprint stores are a great destination for those looking for a quick meal in the middle of a busy day.

Brown Bag approached us about designing a new online experience for their customers that would connect their various systems (online ordering, mobile app/rewards program, email communication, and job applications) and accurately present their amazing food. We directed two days of photo shoots in their central kitchen and worked with various props to create appetizing arrangements. We also sent one of our photographers to several of their stores to capture the experience on location. We incorporated the photos and designed, developed, and deployed their new website.

Brown Bag also utilizes us to maintain and continually enhance their online experience.
