Church Stage Design in Fairfax, VA

Every year Fairfax Community Church does a sermon series called At the Movies where they examine several recent movies through the lens of Scripture. It’s a popular series and they leverage the series to encourage attendees to invite a friend.

This set was inspired by a P&G stage design. We built a star that could house LED battens and then assembled sun rays out of 2×4’s. We attached white fabric and light sockets to the sun rays. Then we cut out coroplast panels for the wings of the stage. Using five ultra short throw projectors we were able to project still images and video content on the panels and the circle in the middle of the star. This project was done while on staff at Fairfax Community Church.

We also designed the sermon series graphic, the print marketing for the photo station and the handouts for people to use to invite their friends.
