Regency at Creekside

Regency at Creekside came to us to build their very first website, and they had a clear goal: create something that feels as welcoming and polished as the community itself.

With an audience that skews older, we were intentional about keeping things clean, easy to read, and simple to navigate. No clutter, no confusion. Just a site that makes it easy to learn about the community and take the next step. But we didn’t stop at prospective residents. We also built out a dedicated My Account section for current homeowners, giving them a private space to access community announcements, upcoming events, forms, and a resident directory. That directory was built so admins can make real-time updates, meaning residents always have accurate, up-to-date information at their fingertips.

It was a rewarding build from start to finish. Regency at Creekside was a great team to work with, and the final product is something we’re really proud of. We’re excited to see it serve both their future and current residents for years to come.
