Winter Wonderland

This stage design was based off of one that was seen on Church Stage Design Ideas. The idea was to create a winter scene that would feel like Christmas but could remain up for the other winter months. This would provide a much needed break for staff and volunteers during the holidays. We cut down several small trees in the woods and then spray painted them white. Once they were dry they were put in 5 gallon buckets of concrete to create the base. The windows were reinforced with steel, spray painted with snow, and then hung using aircraft cables. It was a beautiful winter wonderland. This project was done while on staff at Fairfax Community Church.
