Initially we will make recommendations to optimize your website for SEO. After detailed analysis of your website, competitors and potential keywords we will start working to get you ranked for 10 keywords.

Website Care Plans FAQ
How long will it take to setup my care plan?
Once you sign up and provide login credentials, we’ll have your plan set up within 1-2 business days. Everything from speed improvements to security will be addressed by our team during on-boarding.
Does monthly time rollover?
Our care plans are designed to be monthly plans and as such we reserve your place in our queue and resources each month, therefore it does not rollover. You can take comfort in the fact that what you will request within that 30/120 minutes of time (depending on your plan) will be addressed by our team with immediate attention.
Do you manage WooCommerce websites?
Websites with advanced functionality like this require our Gold Care Plan or above. They take more resources for us to manage, test and keep running smoothly. We want to have you on the right plan so we are able to dedicate what’s needed to keep your website secure, fast, and open for business.
What happens if my website goes down, is hacked, breaks, etc.?
Our website care plans are preventative care, so we do our best to prevent anything from happening. However in the event that your website has a major issue, we will be there by it’s side communicating with the web hosting company on your behalf. We do not make guarantees that your website will not be hacked, but we will do everything within our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.
How does the SEO package work?
With our SEO package we work every month on getting your website ranked higher in Google. Initially we help identify the keywords to target and make recommendations on how to optimize your website for SEO. You’ll probably need to build a few additional pages at the onset that target some of the keywords. Then we do white-hat link building campaigns, directory submissions and other SEO work to help get your site ranked. Each month we’ll ask you to create an additional blog entry or page targeting certain keywords.
Every month we work on getting your website ranked higher in Google and monthly we provide:
- Website traffic report
- Keyword rankings report
- Monthly accomplishment report
The cost for ranking 10 keywords is $497/month and there are no contracts. We think you’ll be so satisfied with our SEO work that the results will speak for themselves.
Does it matter what hosting provider I’m using?
We’ll work with anybody regardless of their hosting provider. We realize that every website has different needs and that clients have different budgets and hosting requirements. If you’re looking to switch, upgrade or just need a recommendation, check out the Best WordPress Web Hosting Options.
What if I need more support time/hours?
If you have an enhancement or task that requires more than your dedicated monthly time, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately from your plan. We will evaluate requests that exceed your time on a case by case basis, and with approval, work past the time and bill for time exceeded at our current support rate of $125/hour.
Do I have to create the content for the Social Media Management Package every month?
You know your business and customers best. Therefore we rely on you to send us a variety of content for us to extract from. The content that you send us can be a link, photos, latest news for your company, an article you found interesting, a YouTube video, or another blog post from other sites you want us to monitor. Once we create the posts, we will request your approval and schedule them out for the next 30 days. We will take care of providing stock images, hashtags and SEO meta information.
My website was not built by Johnny Flash, can I still be on a website care plan?
Although these plans are designed for sites that were built by us, we welcome clients who are looking for a long term partner with a professional and dedicated webmaster.
We first like to do a Website Evaluation & Tune-up to become familiar with the website, how it was built and to fix issues that we find. With the evaluation we will perform all the “Website Updates and Monitoring” tasks and make a full backup. Most importantly we will make list of issues to fix and suggestions for improvement needed in order to proceed with the website on a monthly care plan. Based on your type of website, this Website Evaluation is a fixed 4-hour fee.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Absolutely. We are laser focused on you and your website, so we would be sad to see you go but we know that financial needs weigh on many decisions and don’t want lock anyone in. Request a cancellation via email and we will let you know what licenses you will need to purchase and will immediately stop the next payment.
I have more than one website, do you offer a discount for multiple sites?
If you have more than one website and you are on the Gold Care Plan or higher, you can add an additional website to your Website Care Plan for $99/month and share your plan’s support time between your sites. This option is not available on Silver or Legacy care plans.
I don’t need any support time, do you have any other options?
If you want the assurance that your website stays updated, secure, backed up, loading quickly and with the proper software licenses, but don’t need any support time, we have a Maintenance Only plan available that is $99/month.
